Fermented with a traditional strain of California Common lager yeast, our Washington Common IPA, aka the uncommon IPA, is light copper in color with a fruit forward hop nose and subtle malt backbone.
The first of six releases in our 2021 “Bridge Series,” this unique IPA combines new school hop varieties with a fermentation process that dates back to the origins of American craft beer.
