Introducing Our 2025 Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Deep, bold, and meticulously crafted, our 2025 Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout has been aged for 12–36 months in the finest oak barrels, previously holding Rye Whiskey, Bourbon, and Port from Woodinville Whiskey Co. and Pursuit Distilling Co. The extended aging process allows the stout to soak up layers of rich, complex flavors, from roasted malts to subtle hints of oak and spirit.

With an ABV of 9.9%, this stout strikes a perfect balance of strength and smoothness. Before bottling, each batch is skillfully blended to create a harmonious, full-bodied experience that showcases the unique character of each barrel.
