Introducing Octopus Ink Bridge Series Baltic Porter

Like something pulled from the deep. 🐙 Our newest pour is dark and mysterious, spilling into the glass like octopus ink. Nearly black with streaks of dark ruby in color, our Baltic-Style Porter is full-bodied with a mild sweetness of cocoa, roasted malts, and dark stone fruit.

A long, cool fermentation followed by extended lagering creates an exceptionally smooth finish, with a deeply layered malt character that lingers long after the surface settles.

7.5% ABV ~35 IBU
