Showcasing the renowned Comet hops grown by our friends at their Loza family owned and operated 365-acre farm in Yakima Valley’s town of Wapato. As the only Latino owned hop farm in the country, the Loza family story is both compelling and inspiring, but perhaps most importantly is their dedication to overall quality and specifically, penchant for cultivating alluringly aromatic Comet hops. Medium-pale in color with a clean, restrained maltiness, the Comet hops shine centerstage with striking notes of grapefruit, citrus rind, and floral accents.
