Our 2025 Barrel-Aged Barleywine has been aged for 12–24 months in the choicest oak barrels, previously holding Rye Whiskey, Bourbon, and Port from Woodinville Whiskey Co. and Pursuit Distilling Co. Each barrel imparts its own depth and character, creating a complex, layered flavor profile that only time can achieve.

Clocking in at 9.9% ABV, this barleywine is a bold, yet balanced pour. Before bottling, our expert brewers skillfully blended each batch to harmonize the unique notes from the different barrels, ensuring a rich, satisfying experience in every sip.
